How To Cut The Copper Sheet?

trodiss is a professional embossing seal manufacturer in China, offers custom logo stamp. When engraving the seal stamp, we will engrave the customer’s pattern on the copper sheet. We usually use 40mm and 50mm round copper sheets with a thickness between 1.8mm and 2mm. So how are they cut out?

First, we cut the copper plate into 1.8mm-2mm thick plates with a cutting machine, then put the cut plate on the cutting machine, and then input the diameter and other commands to be cut into the machine, and finally the cutting machine will automatically cut into the required copper sheet.

When the copper sheet is finished, we will install the customer’s request, then engrave the pattern on the copper sheet, and finally install it on the embossing seal.
